How WIN Portals Work

WIN Veteran
Networking Portals

Each WIN Portal represents a specific area of focus within the WIN Veteran Networking Portal. When you explore a portal, such as Adventure, Mentorship, Career Opportunities, or Community & Connection—you’re entering a dedicated gateway designed to support that part of the veteran journey.
At this stage, each portal connects to a private Facebook group centered on that specific focus area. These groups are intentionally small, peer-based spaces where veterans and supporters can connect in real time, share experiences, ask questions, and explore opportunities together.
Access to these groups is opt-in and intentional. We do not automatically add members. Instead, individuals are connected based on shared interests to help ensure each space remains respectful, focused, and meaningful.
As the WIN Veteran Networking Portal continues to grow, these portals and connection spaces will evolve alongside the community building them. This is a living system, shaped by participation, collaboration, and shared purpose.
